The 3-Hour Drug & Alcohol Education Program (“Safe & Sober”) is required to convert a foreign driver’s license to a Maryland license.

Testing is by appointment only, and is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Fee

The fee is $65. You can pay in person.

IMPORTANT!!!

Please bring a photo identification with you, such as your driver`s license, Passport, Military ID or government issued photo identification.

Policy:

  • If you need to withdraw from class, you will be charged a $10 registration fee.
  • If you don’t pass the class, you will need to retake the class and pay full price of $65.
